The Art of Alexander Rutsch:

We were first introduced to the Art of Alexander Rutsch by our dear friend, former NFL running back, and current Superstar sports agent / Ford model / expert celebrity fitness consultant Sean James (pictured below).

Sean mentioned that the father of a close friend had been world famous artist, and knowing that we are always on the lookout for top artists he suggested we take a look at the work. Well needless to say we were quite impressed. We immediately set out to present a retrospective of his work.

The world of art and jewelry can be one of the most exciting careers. The romance, the creativity, the beauty and the joy involved make us all appreciate how lucky we are to be here. We are thrilled to be presenting this very special collection of Rutsch’s work.

His paintings have been collected and admired even by other artists such as Salvador Dali and Pablo Picasso. Picasso believed Rutsch's work to be so excellent that he even counter signed several.

In his work Alexander Rutsch combines force and poetry with a spontaneous and gestural manner of painting.

His works are in a large number of museums and collections such as:

Musee d'Art in Paris
Academy of Fine Arts, Vienna
Museum of Modern Art, NYC
New Orleans Museum of Art

and others.

He is in the collections of:

Jacqueline Kennedy-Onassis,
Baroness Alex de Rothschild
Sammy Davis Jr.
Salvador Dali,
Walter Cronkite,
Jacques Charrier, France,
Barbara D'Arcy,

and many others.

Entering the gallery and being surrounded by these very sensual paintings sets us off to a great start of the day. Our regret is that we never knew Alexander Rutsch in person. His paintings reflect a unique and exciting man.
