Life's Lesson

Over and over again we have learned that in life one must be open to new experiences. This was the case on our last jewelry buying trip. In planning this trip we were a little, shall we say, burnt out. Our enthusiasm had waned, and we had little hope of finding truly new and exciting designs. Ever hopeful we persevered. As we shopped the exhibition, a new designer approached us. At first we were reluctant to even look at her designs. But a little voice inside repeated.,,"Don't be close minded, don't be close minded." And this time we not only heeded the warning, but we were enormously rewarded.

We were introduced to the magnificent, (we truly mean magnificent) and creative designs of Paula Crevoshay. Crevoshay combines unique and rare gemstones into transformable jewelry. Most items have multiple uses. Such as a brooch that can also be worn as a pendant or a bracelet. The designs are executed superlatively. She collaborates with master stone carvers throughout the world, hence each gemstone is unique in design and exquisite in beauty.

What's even more impressive is that Crevoshay is the only jewelry designer, we know, who has been commissioned by THE SMITHSONIAN INSTITUTE for a permanent exhibition. Many of her designs have been exhibited in various other museums. When wearing a CREVOSHAY design, one is truly wearing a museum masterpiece.

We invite you to visit the gallery to see these one of a kind designs. Hold them in different light. Feel their fine finishing. But mostly it's a special experience to see work of this caliber. We look forward to seeing you soon.
